Simply recognising and acknowledging the fact will instantly begin the profound process of realisation that we are whole individuals with self determinism, and able to act free of the conditioning of society, where conformity, constant comparison, desire and fear are the norm.
The very fact of our conditioning creates within us a susceptibility to the opinions of others or society as a whole, which in subtle and often not so subtle ways undermine our simple enjoyment of being alive, and in fact undermine our health both Mental/Emotional and physical.
